Divionist Art
Inspired by the art movement Pointillism where small, dots of color are applied in patterns to form an image, Pablo Picasso's Cubism where subjects are broken and reassembled , and Alfons Mucha's organic figurative artworks of Art Nouveau, Eve created an aesthetic style where subjects divided in pieces according to their differences in colors and values, while the boundaries of pieces are defined by curvy lines.
The purpose is to create an epic impression made by the complexity of color volumes and fluidity of line art. The style is often applied in tessellations and female figurative drawings. Viewers would feel a sense of darkness and depth that reminds them of retro-gothic art and stained glass of churches.
